THE THEATRES - "L'IMPRESARIO DELLE SMIRNE"

This play tells the story of a shabby and disorganised theatre company in the 1950s who plan to stage in Smyrna the preview of a play set in the 1700s as a deliberate parallel to Goldoni’s play recounting the adventures of a third rate opera company. Directed by Luca De Fusco, with music by Nino Rota and starring Eros Pagni, Paolo Serra and Gaia Aprea.
